Q: What is Music Blast Global?
A: Music Blast Global is a digital music store, launching in 2015. We feature both independent and major label artists, in all genres, from all corners of the world. What separates us from other digital stores is the simplicity in both our navigation as well as in purchasing product. Our page isn’t cluttered with a bunch of links. Also, at present time, no account is needed to purchase, saving you time and giving you one less username and password to remember. With our full launch we will also feature an audio player, featuring the top artists, as rated by the fans.

Q: What is DRM and does Music Blast Global sell DRM music?
A: DRM stands for Digital Rights Management. It is a system that prevents unauthorized usage and reproduction of music. The music we sell is DRM Free meaning users can play their files on any portable player system they wish. Please note that unauthorized duplication and distribution of music purchased on Music Blast Global is a violation of federal law.

Q: Which payment methods does Music Blast Global accept?
A: We accepts Visa, American Express, Mastercard and PayPal.

Q: I live in a country outside of the United States. Are there territory restrictions?
A: Unless specifically noted on an item’s project page we ship worldwide.

Q: What types of products are available on Music Blast Global?
A: Music Blast Global primarily functions as a digital music store. We do, however, allow our vendors to sell physical CD’s and we may carry a selection of Magazines, Books, DVD’s and Concert Tickets.

Q: What if I can't find what I'm looking for?
A: We do not always accept all submissions. When dealing with distributors we may only ingest a portion of the company’s roster. If you have any questions or recommendations please let us know.

Purchasing and Downloading from Music Blast Global

Q: How Do I Download My Purchases?
A: Once payment is made, you will receive an email containing a ZIP file of the music purchased.

Q: Which devices can I download to?
A: The Bleep download service should download to all computers. Mobiles and tablets running the Android platform should work running Firefox. Downloading to Apple mobiles and tablets is not possible. Please download to a computer and transfer.

Q: How do I redeem a Coupon?
A: If you have received a code to redeem a download on Music Blast Global enter the code during check out. The price will be updated.

Q: Why is my download speed slow?
A: If are experiencing slow downloads, cancel it and restart from the Downloads section of your account. If on restarting it is not faster please let us know by emailing

Q: Are there any quantity restrictions on purchases?
A: Sometimes products are limited and we feel it is appropriate to restrict the number of those products that customers can buy. When this is the case the quantity available will be shown on the product page.

Shipping & Returns

Q: Where is my package being shipped from?
A: All orders are shipped from the U.S. unless otherwise stated. Mailorder items are generally dispatched the next working day or the Thursday/Friday before release date if a pre-order. We do not ship on U.S. public holidays. Orders made on a public holiday will be dispatched the next working day.


Q: What do I do if I receive damaged product?
A: We pay great attention to the way that orders are packed, and we try our best to get your orders to you in mint condition. If your order arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please get in touch with us.


Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a returns policy on all physical items returned in re-saleable condition within 15 days. Contact us through our support system or email Our staff will provide you with a Returns Authorization to print out and return with your item, they will also advise how to return it to us. Please do not return items to us without contacting first, or we will not be able to trace where it has come from on arrival to us! Please note we cannot accept returns of download products.


Q: When are pre-orders shipped?
A: Pre-orders are generally  shipped the Friday before the release date.

Q: What is the release date changes?
A: Release dates sometimes change, often due to issues with manufacturing, distribution, or low pre-sales. If we receive notification from artists, labels or distributors that this has happened, we will keep you updated.

Q: Can I cancel a Pre-order?
A: Payment is taken for pre-orders immediately, but you are welcome to cancel your pre-order at any time before it ships. Contact to arrange this.


Q: What is Music Blast Global?
A: Music Blast Global is a digital music store, founded by record label and distributor UGF Entertainment. We are dedicated to helping level the playing field for independent artists and labels, giving them the proper platform to effectively compete with their major label peers. Fans can browse music, find top artists, listen to the MBG Audio Player (launching in late 2015) and discover new music all from one location. Music Blast Global artists and labels keep their copyrights and allow fans to be the sales force for their music, merchandise and products. Now artists can stay focused on their music and let Music Blast Global take care of the rest.

Q: How Do I Get My Music on Music Blast Global?
A: Music Blast Global deals with artists, labels and distributors and we are always looking for the best new music, wherever and whoever it's coming from. We are not genre specific and will sell both digital and physical products but for us to take on your music we need to like it and think it will appeal to our customers. We also accept submissions from MusicSubmit. Contact us by emailing or using the contact form on our page. If you have already sent us music please be advised that we receive a huge amount of submissions so it may take us some time to get back to you. We will be in touch if we feel that your music would fit in the Music Blast Global catalogue.

Q: Can I upload other peoples music?
A: Not unless you have the proper license to do so. You are not allowed to upload copyrights you do not own or control.

Q: Do you report to SoundScan?
A: Yes. Your sales will be reported to SoundScan weekly on Mondays by 10:00 AM (EST)

Q: Can I upload a mixtape if I give it away for free?
A: Music Blast Global does not offer Free music. But original mixtapes for Sale will be allowed (late 2015). If the mixtape contains copyrights that you do not own or do not have the right to use, you can not feature the release on Music Blast Global. Your account will be deleted if you are found to be violating someone else's copyright.

Q: What is the payment threshold?
A: You will be eligible for payment once the amount due has reached $20.

Q: What do I receive payment for sales?
A: We send out payments, via PayPal, quarterly in February, May, August and November.

Q: What formats are allowed?
A: We accept WAV files.

Q: Can I change product metadata after my product has been released.
A: Yes. Please contact us at with any error corrections.

Q: Do you provide warehousing and fulfillment services?
A: Yes. For vendor’s wishing to sell physical product, we offer warehousing and fulfillment services at a cost of $60 per year. You’re royalty rate will be the same for both physical and digital products, We add a shipping cost to the sales price of the product.
